🚀 New Release: Cookies Reporting in the ObservePoint Debugger

The ObservePoint Chrome Extension just got a major upgrade!

You can now view all cookies stored in your browser—right from the Debugger.

🔍 Complete Cookie Visibility

The new Cookies tab gives you full insight into every cookie in your browser—across domains. Quickly identify:

• Consent or compliance issues
• Misconfigured or lingering cookies
• Missing security flags like Secure or SameSite

Search, filter, and explore cookie data with the same intuitive table design you already know from the Tags tab.

🔑 Now with Login Access

To unlock the new Cookies feature, simply log in with your ObservePoint credentials. It’s a one-time requirement and will set the debugger up for future upgrades.

🚨 New Browser Console Logs Report 🚨

We’ve officially released the Browser Logs Report 🎉

Why this matters:

• Surfaces hidden browser errors and warnings that normally require dev tools to catch 🔍
• Saves QA and dev teams hours of manual debugging ⏱️

• Provides full context (page, tag, script, location) for faster troubleshooting ⚡

How it works:

During audits, ObservePoint automatically captures browser console logs (INFO, WARNING, ERROR), ties them to the page and script source, and presents them in an easy-to-read report.

We’ve rolled out an update to User & Account Management that makes handling usernames much simpler.

What’s new:

• Users now have two states: Active and Inactive.
• Instead of permanently deleting a user, you can move them to the inactive state.

If they return (common when someone comes back or changes roles), you can reactivate their account—no need to create a new username.

Report Linking & Drilling

We just launched cross-report linking and drill-down in reports! 🎉

With this release, you can now:

• Drill within a report – quickly ungroup and filter to isolate relevant data without leaving the view.

• Jump between reports – click on a metric (e.g., # of pages with a specific tag) and go directly to the detailed report showing those exact pages.

• Save time & boost productivity – no more manual filtering or back-and-forth between reports.

Try it now: hover over a cell, click the 3-dot menu, and choose a drill or link option.

We’ve just released the Network Request Report, now available across all accounts in the Reports gallery!

🔍 What it does:

This report surfaces every network request observed during any Audit run—with full metadata, timing context, consent categorization, and more. Whether you're a marketer tracking third-party tags, an analyst validating data collection, or a privacy officer monitoring compliance, this gives you the full picture.

✨ What you can do with it:

• See every request and its metadata (domain, path, method, response code, size)

• Trace requests to specific tags, vendors, or marketing tools

• Understand consent category alignment per geo and request

• Identify performance impact based on when requests fire

• Detect broken content (images, scripts, videos) and who’s responsible

• Explore file types, payload sizes, encoding, and cookie behavior
