Track Your Support Requests in ObservePoint

You can now see your team's support requests, and where each one stands, without leaving ObservePoint.

What's New:

• Three tabs: Support Requests, Journey Requests and Tag Requests each have their own tab.
• Status counts: Widgets at the top show how many requests are Submitted, In Progress, Waiting For You or Resolved. Select one or more to filter the list.
• New requests from the same page: Open a support request, request a journey, or request a new tag. Tag requests start from a list of network requests in your account that don't match a known tag.
• Your team's requests: You'll see tickets your teammates opened too. Only the person who opened a ticket can read its full conversation.

Where to find it: Select the ? icon in the top right, then Support Portal.
