Update: Smarter, Faster Consent Category Management

Managing your consent categories just got a lot less manual. We’ve rolled out a series of quality-of-life improvements designed to help you scale your privacy governance without the repetitive busywork.

What’s New?

• Add Items by Vendor: Stop hunting for individual tags. You can now pull from your existing audit data to populate categories by Vendor, instantly adding all associated tags at once.
• Privacy Tag Report Enhancements: We’ve added a Tag Category column directly to the report. You can now see exactly how every tag is classified without toggling between different screens.
• Better Bulk Management: Clean up large libraries in seconds. You can now select cookies, tags, or network requests in bulk to delete or reassign them to different categories.
• Flexible Imports: Our import tool now supports tags and network requests (not just cookies). Plus, we’ve added Regex support and moved to an Excel format to handle more complex categorization workflows.
• Refreshed UI: The configuration modals have a clean, updated look consistent with the rest of the ObservePoint platform.

Note on Imports: To support these new fields, the import format has switched from CSV to Excel. Please be sure to use the updated template for your future uploads.
