Hello everyone! We are thrilled to announce that Extended Data Retention is now available in ObservePoint.

The value for your team: We know that for many of you—especially in regulated industries—standard 13-month data retention just isn’t enough. Whether you need to prove compliance over several years or want to analyze long-term trends in your data quality, this feature is built to give you that historical visibility.

🔓 What this unlocks:

Long-term Trending: Track year-over-year improvements and recurring issues. Maintain multi-year history to satisfy governance and regulatory requirements without manual archiving.

Availability: Extended retention packages are now available for 3, 5, and 7 years. This applies to data across Account-wide Reports, Audits, Journeys, HAR Analyzer & LiveConnect.
